People who know their body are aware of this problem, but there are people who don’t realize it or they simply don’t pay that much of attention. If you want to know how bad your breath is, you can choose one of these methods:
- Take a bandage and rub it onto your tongue. If it turns yellow and bad-smelling, then your mouth is rich in sulfides;
- Wash your hand, then lick its back. If you sense a bad smell ten minutes later, your mouth is full of bacteria;
- Floss your teeth and eventually smell the floss. You will now know if you face a serious issue.
Fortunately, there is a very powerful ingredient which manages to remove the bad smell of your mouth – baking soda.
Add 1 tsp of baking soda in 1 glass of water and mix well until you get a homogeneous composition. Use it instead of your mouthwash and you will see how useful it is.
Wet your toothbrush and dip it into some baking soda, then brush your teeth with care. The results will be noticed immediately.
Repeat these procedures with regularity and you will forget about bad breath.
